12 weeks of fitness plans sent weekly to the app on your phone.

This 12 week programme offers you the chance to work to a fixed exercise plan based on a variety of bodyweight training and cardiovascular methods that will help you build a fitness level that makes you better prepared for the physical and mental challenges we encounter everyday.

Using a state of the art app you will be able to record your workouts against your daily plan, as well as monitor your progress.

Videos are available for each exercise programmed and you will also receive weekly diet and nutrition tips to help keep your energy levels up and help you recover for the next session.

This programme includes your weekly plan (uploaded to the app on a sunday evening), a bi-weekly video chat to answer any questions about the programme, ongoing support and motivation through app chat, nutrition advice and a FREE BBfit t-shirt for every participant.

PRICE £228 for 12 weeks (payable in advance).
